• Conduct the TNA exercise and collate the information s to support the development of training plan.
• Maintain records and training history and monitor staff participation and attendance.
• Act as preliminary point of contact for enquiries about courses and training activities.
• Maintain a database of information on training. Establish the external and in-house training calendars.
• Arrange the booking of venues for training activities, courses and related meetings.
• Maintain records of staff development activities and liaise with the Training and Development Manager when necessary.
• Manage in-house and external training data entry activities including the name of the participants, cost incurred and prepare relevant statistics.
